Sara and Ahmad’s Historic Blenheim Wedding was Featured on Brides & Weddings

Sara and Ahmad met through one of Ahmad’s graduate school friends in DC. Ahmad’s friend Kamo excitedly told him that he met this cool Jordanian girl at a company conference. Coincidentally Sara worked at the same company as Ahmad but the two had never met!! He couldn’t believe the odds that a Jordanian girl worked as a Defense Contractor at his office and he quickly realized that he needed to meet this girl and learn more about her. Fast forward to September 30th when they had the intimate celebration they had always dreamed of at the Historic Blenheim Center in Fairfax, Virginia. Sara and Ahmad wanted to infuse their culture into all aspects of their reception from the performance by the Zaffeh band Faris El-Layl Dabketo the authentic Mediterranean food served by the Raouche Café. Dream Events and Décor created an opulent backdrop accented with shades of metallic gold and lush florals to transform the Historic Blenheim center into a rustic and romantic venue!  After enjoying a blend of international music by Deejay George Haddad and ceremonial dances, the bride and groom celebrated with toasts and a traditional gold exchange ceremony.
